My aircon was leaking and after “repair” it no longer even works at all (e5 error) and I paid $200 after servicing. Subsequently they mentioned that I need to pay another $250 to replace the indoor PCB and this time they said I had to pay them before they would even come down service the aircon or confirm the appointment? Update: They called me after this review to say that they would waive the deposit and only charge after servicing. Will update again after service. Update: Serviced finished quickly and smoothly and one month warranty was provided for the replaced part

Life saver ! Aircon power suddenly went out in the evening - Called at 6 pm and they managed to come down at 9 pm on the dot. Identified the fused / burnt wire issue to us and got it fixed immed, rates were higher but it’s worth it

I found this company on Google - out of 3 companies i reached out, I was impressed with Coolest Aircon Service responsiveness. Had an aircon pipe congestion over the weekend, and they fixed it the same day. After-hours charges were higher, but the speed and professionalism made it worthwhile. I've now added an annual servicing contract. Speedy service and reliable.

First time I use their service through friend’s recommendation. Goh is very friendly and explaining to me on how to maintain my air con on regular basic. Highly recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
