Utterly irresponsible and rubbish! On wednesday (30/10), they confirmed a slot on Friday (01/11) and they canceled on me on that day at last minute notice (see screenshot). Totally wasted the 1 day leave i took from work. They don't even seem apologetic and gave rubbish excuse. If i can give ZERO stars, i would.

Got in touch with Coolest AC service for an emergency service as our regular AC technicians does not respond after office hour. Coolest AC sent their technician down within 2hrs of confirmation and they promptly resolved the issue which would have rendered our bedroom AC system inoperable. Was very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge, thus we decided to engage them again for the installation of a new AC system. The team was punctual and were very patient in listening to our request. They took time to protect our furniture from the installation process. They methodically cleaned up the site after the installation making it an exceptionally pleasant experience. Highly recommended and thank you once again!

Fast & good Service. Aircon not cold, WA them & they came down nxt day, issue resolve. Follow up also done. I also engage them to install new aircon for my new house

I have engaged Coolest Aircon Service on a contract basis since 2021 for both regular and chemical cleaning, and will continue to renew with them. Its pricing is reasonable, the reminder and follow-up of each servicing are on time, hence my aircons are well-maintained for my family to enjoy clean and cold air. The technicians are always punctual, polite and professional, and they ensure not even a drip of water is left behind after each servicing. They even went the extra mile to return and patch up and paint my false ceiling after helping to resolve the water that had accumulated due to condensation issue. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍
