This is a late review but definitely one that needs to be shared. First time engaging this company. My aircon suddenly refused to switch on on 30/12/25. My usual service provider could only send someone in five days, but Coolest Aircon Service managed to arrange a check within about two hours. Really impressed with the service technician. He was clear in explaining what could possibly be the issue and what was needed to fix it. Work was done efficiently, and everything was kept clean and neat. No nonsense, no exaggeration, and no inflated pricing. Will definitely be a returning customer 👍

Mun long giving professional advice of kind of service to be done. Done a very good job in the cleaning of the compressor. Price is reasonable

MCST stopped them and Technician went away without informing. Tenant called me and said Tech refuses to stay. I called and the company and told them to stay. I solved the issue with MCST within 3minutes. Technician was still there but refused to stop and left, telling me to go call another company instead if we want a repair Reply by Coolest Aircon Service: So sorry for this issue came out Our office was requested to apply entry permit when job confirmed but when our team was there , they was kicked out by MCST as permit could not obtained today and our team was immediately arranged another date and time with your tenant .Our office was explained the reasons to you.We are so sorry we can't complete the job today but we have tried our best to coordinate for you .We are apologize for any inconvenience caused .

Had my aircon serviced with chemical wash. The process was long & detailed but did an excellent job! Mr. Yen explained everything clearly and gave really good service. 👍

Hoe and Owen were extremely competent in their work where they were able to identify the problems and provide solutions to my aircon issues. They were honest and forthcoming and provided exemplary service to the aircon units in my house. I will highly recommend them for others to fix their aircon units! Awesome job well done! :)
