This is a late review but definitely one that needs to be shared. First time engaging this company. My aircon suddenly refused to switch on on 30/12/25. My usual service provider could only send someone in five days, but Coolest Aircon Service managed to arrange a check within about two hours.
Really impressed with the service technician. He was clear in explaining what could possibly be the issue and what was needed to fix it. Work was done efficiently, and everything was kept clean and neat. No nonsense, no exaggeration, and no inflated pricing.
Will definitely be a returning customer 👍

Had my aircon serviced with chemical wash. The process was long & detailed but did an excellent job! Mr. Yen explained everything clearly and gave really good service. 👍

Hoe and Owen were extremely competent in their work where they were able to identify the problems and provide solutions to my aircon issues. They were honest and forthcoming and provided exemplary service to the aircon units in my house. I will highly recommend them for others to fix their aircon units! Awesome job well done! :)
