This company aircon service is very detailed and good. No rush to clean. Their prices are very reasonable. I am very impressed with Service Man (Ah Heng), he's very good, hardworking and very detailed in cleaning and servicing. I decided to get their services long term and would request Ah Heng to service our aircon! 👍🏻 The boss is very good too! See before and after cleaning photo as attached.

Had a fantastic experience with Coolest Aircon Service! Mr. Yan came over for servicing and to fix a cooling issue — and I was thoroughly impressed. He was humble, respectful, and incredibly detailed in explaining every step of the process. His professionalism and dedication truly stood out. I’ll definitely be signing up for their annual service plan, and I hope Mr. Yan continues to be assigned to my units. He deserves to be recognized for the outstanding service he provided. Highly recommended!

I JUST DID THE AIR-CON SERVICES BY THE STAFF 3 UNIT + MAIN CONSOLE ,THEY DID A SUPERB JOB AND VERY FRIENDLY CAN LISTEN MY PROBLEM AND GIVE SOME TIP REGARDING AIRCON I SALUTE YOU DID NICE NOW MY AIRCON COLD BACK THK U VERY MUCH BRAVO

My aircon was leaking and after “repair” it no longer even works at all (e5 error) and I paid $200 after servicing. Subsequently they mentioned that I need to pay another $250 to replace the indoor PCB and this time they said I had to pay them before they would even come down service the aircon or confirm the appointment? Update: They called me after this review to say that they would waive the deposit and only charge after servicing. Will update again after service.

Life saver ! Aircon power suddenly went out in the evening - Called at 6 pm and they managed to come down at 9 pm on the dot. Identified the fused / burnt wire issue to us and got it fixed immed, rates were higher but it’s worth it
